Progress!

I don't know how because yesterday at work my legs hurt going up the stairs and in the first 30minutes of my ride to "the hill" they hurt also but my hill repeats felt great with no granny gear compared to last weeks dismal performance. Maybe it was the tail wind going up the hill. I actually felt stronger on the way home after the workout than before the workout started. Big ride tomorrow. I may actually do an easy century, if you can call a century easy. If we can just get better discounts on cycling.
