What have I been up too?

I had to get a new phone and I have found an awesome toy, tool, whatever you wanna call it.
It's an Audiovox 5600 smartphone that has Windows Mobile operating system. Works just like a PC. I can watch entire movies on it, listen to 1000 mp3's on it with a 1gb card. It's small and amazing. Literally this thing has kept me busy all week fooling with it. I can't believe I got it for $29 at Cingular.

I haven't been on the bike in over a week and I am worried about my weight going up so I have been trying to watch what I eat. Hopefully I can be back on the bike tomorrow.

And now Roberto Heras is guilty of EPO use?

I don't believe it. Why would the top athelete's at the top of their game under the closest of scrutiny be using the stuff? First Tyler Hamilton and his "chimera", Lance 1999 samples, and now Roberta? I know there is faulty science in the detection as some atheletes who had non-negative samples were exonerated.
